Where does the EPC data come from?
We pull data directly from the UK Government’s official EPC Register (Energy Performance of Buildings). The same data used by estate agents and councils. Always up to date, always accurate.
Do I need to enter all my certificate dates manually?
EPC data is pulled automatically. For gas safety, EICR, and HMO licences, you enter the dates once when setting up. After that, we track everything and alert you before renewals are due.
What happens if an EPC is below the minimum E rating?
We flag it immediately in your dashboard with a red alert. Since April 2020, landlords in England and Wales cannot let properties with an EPC rating below E (with limited exemptions). We help you stay on top of this.
Can I manage properties for multiple landlords?
