NewCo Data (Data Product): Daily reports of newly incorporated UK companies, sourced from Companies House public data. Reports include company names, registration numbers, director names, registered addresses, SIC codes, and where available, website URLs, email addresses, and telephone numbers. Data is delivered via email and downloadable CSV files.
We aim to deliver reports before 9am each business day (Monday to Saturday), but this is not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to data source availability or system maintenance.
NewCo Websites (Website Product): Professional website design and build services for newly incorporated businesses. Websites are built to a chosen template or custom specification and include 12 months of hosting. Delivery is typically within 48 hours of receiving a completed brief form.
NewCo Domains (Domain Product): Domain name registration, professional email setup, and DNS configuration services. Domain registration is completed through third-party registrars on your behalf. Email forwarding and DNS records are configured as part of the service.

If you are a consumer (as defined under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), you have statutory rights that are not affected by these terms. By starting your free trial and providing payment details, you acknowledge that the digital content service will begin during the trial period. Once payment is taken after the trial, you consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that this constitutes a waiver of the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Our data is sourced from Companies House, a UK government body. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and completeness, we do not guarantee that all data is error-free, complete, or up to date.
Contact information (emails, phone numbers, websites) is obtained through automated enrichment processes and may not always be accurate or current. You should verify contact details independently before relying on them for business decisions.
We are not responsible for any decisions made or actions taken based on the data provided.

Contact information obtained through enrichment is processed under our legitimate interest in providing a business intelligence service.

The NewCo Data brand, website design, software, and proprietary enrichment algorithms are our intellectual property. Companies House data itself is Crown Copyright and made available under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
You may use the data we provide for your own internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative products from our reports for commercial resale without our written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We aim to provide the Service on a continuous basis but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavour to provide notice of planned downtime where practical.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party data providers (including Companies House).
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and NewCo Data. Any previous agreements, representations, or understandings are superseded.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
